What the published prices buy

The GTM Engineering Company, from $5,000 a month. Three tiers: Starter at $5k, Growth at $7k and a custom Enterprise tier. Starter covers a GTM stack audit, ICP research, a basic lead list, a simple Clay workflow, basic RevOps configuration and a monthly report. Growth adds advanced Clay automation, full RevOps implementation, campaign build-out and multi-channel outreach setup. Its services page describes a typical engagement as a 3 to 6 month retainer at roughly 5 to 10 hours a week. It builds the system in your CRM and hands it over.

Sales.co, $5,500 a month. One package with no setup fees, month-to-month. It covers signals, list building, email to the whole market, and cold calls, ads and LinkedIn to the highest-intent accounts. Sales.co runs the outreach and answers replies in under 10 minutes. Details: sales.co/gtm-engineering.

RevPartners, from $12,900 a month. Its Clay agency page lists three offers: Allbound Foundations at $25,000 over 60 days, a Clay Implementation at $25,000 over 90 days, and Allbound-as-a-Service from $12,900 a month. Its pricing page has separate retainer tiers from $9,850 to $27,000 a month, capped at 10 to 30 hours a week, with a 6-month initial term and a $5,000 one-time onboarding fee. RevPartners is built around HubSpot.

The three prices cover different work. The GTM Engineering Company sells consulting hours that build a system you then run, RevPartners sells Clay and HubSpot builds, and Sales.co runs the outreach on four channels.

What the other eight say about price

SalesCaptain does give a figure for the market. Its Clay agency page says monthly retainers for Clay agencies "range from roughly $3,000 to $15,000 depending on complexity and scope", and warns against prices that look unusually low because Clay has API costs. The two published entry prices above and Sales.co's $5,500 all fall inside that range.

Minimum terms

Four of the ten state a term. ColdIQ, 90-day initial term; Understory, 6-month minimum (4 for smaller companies); RevPartners, 6-month initial term (retainer tiers); The GTM Engineering Company, monthly, typical engagement 3 to 6 months. The other six do not say on the pages we read. With a minimum term, the commitment is the monthly fee times the months: six months at $5,500 would be $33,000. Sales.co has no minimum.

Agency or in-house GTM engineer

demandDrive's site puts the fully loaded cost of an in-house GTM engineer at $150K to $200K+, and says the hire makes sense when the work is a continuous full-time job, typically at Series B or later with 15 or more people on the revenue team. For comparison, a year of Sales.co's package is $66,000 and a year of The GTM Engineering Company's Starter tier is $60,000. demandDrive does not give the period for its figure; we read it as a year, and we did not check it against other sources.
