OUTSOURCED SDR

Outsourced SDR services from $1,000 per month.

Sales.co runs the sales development function for B2B companies that would rather buy the output than build the team. One flat monthly fee covers strategy, list building, data, copywriting, sending infrastructure, and the people working the replies. Plans run $1,000 to $2,500 a month, with cold calls, ads, and LinkedIn as add-on channels.

421+ clients in four years. 14,000+ leads generated. Month-to-month, no setup fee, and sending inside a week — which is roughly how long it takes to write a job description for the alternative.

SCOPE

THE WHOLE FUNCTION, NOT A SEAT

An SDR on your payroll is one person doing six jobs, usually badly at two of them. We split the work across people who only do that job, and you buy the result.

The job Who does it here What you supply
Targeting Your dedicated US account strategist sets the ICP into an account list and revises it monthly. A description of who buys, and the accounts to leave alone.
Contact data We build it with a waterfall approach beyond the standard sources, which finds 42% more valid contacts and reaches people who are not on LinkedIn. Nothing. No separate data subscription.
Copy Copywriters write a unique email per prospect after researching the company. 3.2x the reply rate of templates. Approval on the angles, once, in week one.
Infrastructure We buy and warm the domains, set up the mailboxes, and run our own software. Nothing. No tool contracts in your name.
Reply handling Positive replies answered in under 10 minutes and worked to a booked time. 2.6x meeting booking rate. A calendar with open slots.
Reporting Live dashboards, exports, CRM integration. Every prospect, reply, and call is yours. CRM access if you want the data pushed across.
HIRE VS OUTSOURCE

WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOU OUTSOURCE IT

We are not going to pretend outsourcing wins on every axis. It wins on speed, on fixed cost, and on the parts of outbound that need a specialist. It loses on day-to-day control. Read the row that matters to you.

HIRING AN SDR
  • You recruit, onboard, and ramp before the first email goes out.
  • You buy the data, the sending tools, and the domains separately.
  • Someone has to manage and coach the role.
  • Copy quality is whatever that one person can write.
  • They sit in your standups and take direction hour to hour.
  • If they leave, the pipeline stops while you hire again.
SALES.CO
  • Sending starts inside seven days of signup.
  • Data, software, domains, and infrastructure are inside the monthly fee.
  • A dedicated US account strategist runs the account and reports in Slack.
  • Copywriters write every email; researchers feed them the angle.
  • You approve messaging and take the meetings. You do not direct the work daily.
  • Staffing is our problem. The fee and the deliverable do not move.

Plenty of teams run both — an in-house rep on the named accounts they know, and us blanketing everything else. That is the most common shape at $2,500 a month.

CHANNELS

EMAIL FIRST, THEN AS MANY CHANNELS AS THE ACCOUNT NEEDS

Email is in every plan. The other three are add-ons because they carry real cost, and because plenty of accounts do not need them. They all run against the same account list, so a prospect sees the same company from more than one direction.

EMAIL
INCLUDED

A unique email per prospect, 5+ touches on Intent Takeover, on infrastructure we own and warm.

COLD CALLS
+$1,500 / MONTH

Dialing the same accounts, using the mobile numbers our data work turns up.

ADS
+$1,000 / MONTH

Paid surface on your target accounts so the name is familiar before the email lands.

LINKEDIN
+$1,000 / MONTH

Touches on the same contacts, in the place a lot of buyers check before replying.

GETTING STARTED

WEEK ONE

Taylor, our onboarding specialist, runs this part. The sequence is the same for every account.

Day 1
SLACK CHANNEL AND ONBOARDING FORM

Within 24 hours you are in a shared Slack channel with the account team, and the onboarding form covering your ICP, offer, and targets is with you.

Immediately
DOMAINS AND MAILBOXES

As soon as the form is in we buy domains and set up email accounts. We start this before anything else because warming new sending infrastructure takes time, and that time is the real constraint on going live.

Before kickoff
YOUR EXCLUSION LIST

Send the websites of companies we should never contact and the addresses to exclude — normally your current customers and anything your reps already own. The list is applied before the first send.

Kickoff
ONBOARDING CALL, THEN LIVE

The team reviews everything you sent before the call, walks the plan, and the first campaign launches. The date you pick for the call and the day your data arrives set the actual timeline.

FIT

WHEN TO OUTSOURCE, AND WHEN NOT TO

In our first year we said yes to almost everyone and made every mistake in the book. We now turn down most companies that ask, because the fit is knowable up front.

OUTSOURCE IF
  • You sell B2B with an established sales process and closers who need more at-bats.
  • You want outbound running this month rather than after a hiring cycle.
  • Your deal size makes a fixed few thousand a month an easy comparison.
  • Nobody in-house wants to own data sourcing and deliverability.
  • You would rather pay a flat fee than a retainer billed against hours.
HIRE INSTEAD IF
  • You sell to consumers.
  • You need someone in your standups taking direction daily.
  • Your motion depends on deep product knowledge in the first call.
  • You want to own the tooling and run campaigns yourself.
  • You have no one to take the meetings once they are booked.
FAQ

WHAT TEAMS ASK BEFORE OUTSOURCING SDRS

What is SDR as a service?

You buy the outbound function instead of the headcount. Sales.co supplies the strategy, the list, the copy, the sending infrastructure, the software, and the people working the replies, and bills one flat monthly fee for all of it. Plans start at $1,000 a month. You take the meetings that come out of it.

What does an outsourced SDR cost here?

Intent Takeover is $1,000/month for up to 1,000 high-intent leads with 5+ touches each. TAM Takeover is $2,000/month for up to 20,000 ICP-matching leads. TAM + Intent Takeover is $2,500/month and runs both. Add-on channels: cold calls +$1,500/month, ads +$1,000/month, LinkedIn +$1,000/month. No setup fee, no hourly billing, and infrastructure, data, and software are inside the fee rather than passed through. The pricing page compares the plans line by line.

Who actually does the work?

A dedicated US account strategist owns your account, backed by our team across Europe, the US, and Asia. Jakob and Ryan founded Sales.co in September 2022 and built the team to ten people. The same team handles list building, copywriting, sending, and replies, so nothing is handed between vendors.

How is this different from hiring an SDR?

A hire needs recruiting, ramp, a manager, a data budget, a sending stack, and a copy skill most SDRs do not have. Here that is all one line item, live in seven days, cancellable at the end of any month. The trade is control: you do not direct someone hour to hour, and you do not log into the tools.

What is not included?

Closing. We book qualified meetings and hand over the thread; your team runs the call and the deal. We also do not manage your CRM pipeline, though we integrate with it and push the data across.

How much of our time does it take?

A kickoff call, the onboarding form, your exclusion list, and messaging approval in week one. After that a short recurring check-in in the shared Slack channel. Your account strategist runs the changes rather than asking you to.

Can we see what is being sent and to whom?

Yes. Every prospect contacted, every reply, and every call is visible in live dashboards and exportable, and it integrates with your CRM if you want. The data is yours and you keep it if you leave.

What if the people working our account change?

Staffing is our problem, not yours. There is no ramp charge, no rehiring gap, and no renegotiation when someone on our side changes. The fee and the deliverable stay the same.

Can we start small and scale up?

That is the usual path. Start on Intent Takeover at $1,000/month, add TAM coverage or a channel once the reply data tells you where the market is. Everything is month-to-month, so scaling down is the same decision in reverse.

Do you work with our CRM and our domain?

We integrate with your CRM for the data. For sending we buy and warm separate domains rather than putting cold volume on the domain your team uses every day.
