ZoomInfo alternatives for a small B2B team that needs one email list

By , co-founder of Sales.co

Updated November 7, 2026. Every pricing page cited here was read that day.

If you need one email list and not an annual ZoomInfo seat, a Sales.co list is $295 one time as a CSV. Hunter starts at $34 a month billed yearly, Apollo at $49 a seat, and Bookyourdata sells credits from $99. ZoomInfo prints no price. Our dentist list holds 44,420 contacts with emails, 0.7 cents each (counted September 3, 2026).

This page is for a small sales team or founder who wants a list of contacts, not a platform contract. ZoomInfo's pricing page says it offers custom packages and shows no price, so we read eight other sellers' pricing pages on November 7, 2026 and worked out what an email costs on each. For a one-to-one view, see Apollo vs ZoomInfo, and for the Apollo side of the market, Apollo alternatives.

What 1,000 and 10,000 emails cost

Most small teams buy a batch, so here is the smallest payment on each page that covers each size, with no contract. Sales.co lines assume the list you want holds that many contacts.

Seller and plan1,000 emails10,000 emails
Sales.co list$295$295
Bookyourdata credits$299$999
Hunter, billed yearly$34 a month (Starter, 2,000 credits a month)$104 a month (Growth, 10,000 credits a month)

Hunter finds emails from names or domains you give it, so it fits a list you already have. A bought list arrives filled in. Our list providers comparison prices nine sellers at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 contacts, and one-time vs subscription lists covers when each model pays off. Before you send to any file, run it through the free email list cleaner.

Where ZoomInfo and the other tools still win

A Sales.co list has no search, no phones and no sequences. It wins when you need one trade once, at a flat price, and a CSV you keep. Need the sending done as well? See pricing.
