Done-for-you cold email: what it does and how to use it

Updated November 7, 2026. Our pages cited here were read that day.

Sales.co's done-for-you cold email is a managed service. Sales.co builds the list, writes the emails, sends them on its own infrastructure and follows up on every positive reply, and you take the calls. Plans cost $2,000 a month for up to 10,000 emails, $2,500 for 15,000 and $3,000 for 20,000, month-to-month, with no setup fee.

This page is for B2B founders and sales leads who want booked meetings from cold email without hiring an SDR or running sending tools themselves. If you already have someone to send and only need contacts, a one-time list is the cheaper route, and it is in the table below.

What the service does

Every plan runs two tracks at once. TAM Takeover is coverage: light-touch personalized email at scale that reaches your full list of target accounts every 30 to 90 days. Intent Takeover is depth: 5+ touches per lead on the accounts most likely to buy now. The price depends only on how many emails go out a month.

The plan covers strategy, list building, data enrichment and validation, copywriting, sending infrastructure, the software, campaign changes, a dedicated account manager and a personal follow-up on every positive reply. You get every prospect, reply and call in live dashboards and exports, and in your CRM if you want. You do not log in to run campaigns and you are not billed by the hour.

How to start, step by step

  1. Pick a plan on the pricing page by the number of emails you want sent a month, and press Start now, or book a call first.
  2. Complete the $1 card check. It opens onboarding; billing starts only when you approve sending, and the $1 is refunded if onboarding shows a poor fit.
  3. Fill out the onboarding form and share your block list, usually your current customers. Sales.co buys domains, sets up sending addresses and warms them.
  4. Approve sending. Sales.co says it gets you sending in about a week. You are done when the first campaign is live and positive replies start reaching you.

The full walk-through is in how to start with Sales.co and the $1 card check.

How many meetings to expect

Sales.co runs this same service for itself. Its own campaign booked one call per 1,650 emails: 143 booked calls from 235,941 emails to 124,513 contacts, March to August 2026. Across 336,257 contacts in 20 B2B campaigns, the median campaign got a positive reply from 0.11% of contacts, which works out to about 2.9 booked meetings a month on the 10,000-email plan. The own campaign's rate works out to about 6. Plan on the median, 3, and treat the pooled rate across all 336,257 contacts, 7.5, as the good case.

Meetings also arrive late. In the own campaign the median booked call came 9 days after the first email, and 34% came more than 30 days later, so month one is the weakest month. The lead generation calculator runs these numbers with your own close rate.

FAQ

What is the difference between TAM Takeover and Intent Takeover?

TAM Takeover reaches your full list of target accounts with light-touch personalized email every 30 to 90 days. Intent Takeover sends 5+ touches per lead to the accounts most likely to buy now. Every plan includes both.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No. Plans are month-to-month, you can cancel anytime, and there is no setup fee. Infrastructure, data and software are inside the monthly price.

How fast does it go live?

Sales.co says it gets you sending in about a week. Billing starts when you approve sending, not at the $1 card check.

How many meetings does the 10,000-email plan book?

About 2.9 a month at the median Sales.co campaign (336,257 contacts in 20 B2B campaigns), and about 6 at the rate of Sales.co's own campaign (one booked call per 1,650 emails). The first month books fewer, because a third of bookings come more than 30 days after the first email.
