How to start, step by step

  1. Pick a plan on the pricing page by the number of emails you want to send a month.
  2. Complete the $1 card check. This confirms your card and opens onboarding.
  3. Watch for a Slack invite. We send it within 24 hours, and further communication happens there.
  4. Fill out the onboarding form and pick a date for your onboarding call.
  5. Share your block list: the websites of companies to avoid and the addresses to exclude, typically your current customers.
  6. We buy domains, set up email accounts and warm them. The earlier you finish the form, the earlier this starts, because warming new sending addresses takes time.
  7. Approve sending. Billing starts at this step, and you are done when the first campaign is live.

What the $1 card check is

The $1 card check is the first payment in onboarding. The demo page puts it this way: start onboarding is a $1 card check, we only start billing when you approve sending, and if we are not a good fit during onboarding, we refund your $1.

So the $1 does not start your plan. Your first plan payment comes after you approve sending.

A worked example: 15,000 emails, January launch

A team that wants 15,000 emails a month and a January start presses Start for January in November. It pays $1, finishes the form, and shares its customer list so those companies are left out. Sales.co sets up and warms the sending addresses ahead of time. The team approves the launch in January, and the $2,500 monthly fee starts then.

How long it takes

Comparing first? See the best cold email agencies for small business.

The pricing page lists 7 days to live, and the note you get after signing up sets a goal of a first campaign within 10 days. The date depends on when you book the onboarding call and how quickly you share your data. A January start gives the sending addresses longer to warm.

What the plan includes once you approve

Every plan includes strategy, list building, data enrichment and validation, copywriting, sending infrastructure and a dedicated account manager, plus both tracks: TAM Takeover and Intent Takeover. Cold calls (+$1,500 a month), ads (+$1,000) and LinkedIn (+$1,000) can be added to any plan.

FAQ

Is the $1 a charge or a hold?

The demo page calls it a $1 card check and says we refund your $1 if we are not a good fit during onboarding. Treat it as a $1 payment that comes back in that case.

When does billing start?

When you approve sending. On a January start, you approve the launch in January and billing starts then.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. Plans are month to month, you can cancel anytime, and there is no setup fee. The first plan is $2,000 a month for up to 10,000 emails.

What do you need from me?

A completed onboarding form, the websites of companies to avoid, the email addresses to exclude and a date for the onboarding call. Your current customers are the usual exclusion list.
